PANDA Lived Experience Workforce Framework

PANDA's lived experience workforce, shaped by personal lived experience, are integral to the work that we do.

At PANDA, we believe in the transformative power a lived-experience workforce has on systems, services, and our communities.

Although our organisation has people with a variety of lived experience (community, clinical, carer, personal), the purpose of this Framework is dedicated to lived experience specific roles within PANDA.

We are committed to further embedding lived experience roles throughout the organisation and ensuring the sustainability of our lived experience workforce through building capacity, developing career pathways, and providing a range of wellbeing and professional supports.

Our lived experience workforce is crucial to PANDA’s mission.

Drawing on personal experiences of perinatal mental health and wellbeing challenges, our lived experience workforce build authentic connections, offering hope and understanding to our community.

This approach ensures genuine support for parents and families navigating emotional and mental health challenges during all stages of pregnancy to the transition to parenthood.
